Rural Development Program (Reef) Team Visits Estidamah

As part of the joint collaboration with different national agencies and organizations to share expertise and experiences to the benefit of the whole Kingdom, the team of the Sustainable Agricultural Rural Development Program (Reef) of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) has visited Estidamah to be updated on the Center’s sustainable agriculture programs and experiments in the Kingdom.

The team was led by the program secretary Mr. Ghassan Bakri. The team was welcomed by Estidamah Executive General Manager Dr. Khalid Al Assaf and Estidamah staff. During their visit which lasted for several hours, the team toured the Center’s divisions and got updated on its different activities and research themes on sustainable agriculture.

The Rural Development Program team has commended the leading technology and impressive scientific progress achieved by Estidamah and has expressed its deep appreciation of the Center’s robust scientific research and studies; stressing that the professional work, scientific precision, and perfection in Estidamah provides a top model to be followed by all production and work locations across our beloved homeland.

During the visit, the mechanism of joint work and collaboration between Estidamah and Rural Development Program (Reef) to capitalize on Estidamah’s scientific expertise and great potentials in sustainable agriculture, in order to secure sustainable agricultural development throughout the Kingdom.

The team expressed its excitement about this fruitful visit as they were briefed on the leading scientific efforts in sustainable agriculture research and studies; which stand as a token of pride for every Saudi citizen to have such excellent national expertise in the field. At the end of its visit, the team extended its sincere thanks and appreciation to Estidamah management and staff for their warm welcome and hospitality.
