​​​​ نبذة عامة عن برنامج التدريب التعاوني​
يستهدف برنامج التدريب التعاوني تحقيق أعلى درجات المواءمة بين ما يدرسه الطالب في مجال التخصص وبين ما هو مطلوب ومستخدم في مواقع العمل الفعلية من خلال تعاون المؤسسة التعليمية مع استدامه في تدريب الطلاب على ممارسة ما تم تعلمه في التخصص خلال فترات الدراسة في بيئة العمل الفعلية وفق ضوابط محددة.



طلب تدريب تعاوني​

يتيح التدريب غرس قيم العمل المستدام والمبادئ المُثْلَى في الطالب من خلال التماهي والانصهار مع قيم إستدامة المتمثلة في أن يكون النجاح والحماس أساسا التحفيز في عملهم، وأن تكون المشاركة مع الآخرين وسيلتهم لتحقيق أثر إيجابي، وأن يركزوا على الإبداع لتقديم حلول مستدامة وعلاقات عمل قوية مع الزبائن، وأن يهتموا بـ الإنجاز لتقديم عملهم على أفضل مستوى وبصورة مستدامة.

  • إتاحة الفرصة أمام الطالب لكسب الخبرة العملية من خلال التدريب قبل التخرج وتعميق فهمه للتخصص.
  • تعويد الطالب على الانضباط والإخلاص في العمل، والتقيد بالمواعيد واحترام الأنظمة.
  • تمكين الطالب من التفاعل مع بيئة العمل المستقبلية والتعامل مع أفراد المجتمع من خارج الكلية.
  • تهيئة الطالب لتحمل المسئولية وتعزيز ثقته بنفسه.
  • إتاحة الفرصة للطالب لمعايشة بيئة عمل حقيقية مماثلة لما يتوقع عمله بها بعد تخرجه.
  • ممارسة الطالب للعمل التطبيقي داخل ميدان العمل الحقيقي اللازم لاستكمال إعداده إعدادًا مهنيًّا وفنيًّا وسلوكيًّا.
  • الربط بين مخرجات التعليم بالجهة التعليمية مع متطلبات سوق العمل خلال فترة التدريب مما يساعد على تعزيز الفرص الوظيفية للخريجين.
