In its ongoing efforts to foster institutional excellence, the National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture, "Estidamah," recently organized an internal workshop titled: "Activating the Operational Plan: Towards Effective Institutional Sustainability." The workshop saw participation from staff across various departments.
The workshop focused on KPIs, empowering employees, and enhancing integration among departments, contributing to achieving Estidamah objectives with efficiency and sustainability, and reflecting its continuous commitment to developing a high-performance work environment that supports Estidamah strategic directions.
