His Excellency the Director General of the National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah), Dr. Khaled bin Marshoud Al-Rohaily, inaugurated the Internal Recruitment and Job Placement Platform, in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture for Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Dr. Abdulhamid bin Abdullah Al-Alawi.
The platform represents a developmental step aimed at enhancing internal recruitment mechanisms and improving organizational procedures within the Center.
The new electronic platform provides a unified framework for managing internal recruitment processes, including job postings, grievance procedures, and succession planning, in addition to interactive dashboards for performance indicators that support decision-making and strengthen governance.
The launch of the platform comes as part of Estidamah’s efforts to adopt digital solutions that advance internal operations and enhance operational efficiency and the quality of institutional services.
