His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Mirshoud Al-Rohily, Director General of the National Center for Research and Development of Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah), inaugurated—in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Abdulhamid bin Abdullah Al-Aluwai, Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture for Information Technology and Digital Transformation—the Internal Recruitment and Placement Platform.
The platform represents a developmental step toward strengthening internal recruitment mechanisms and improving organizational procedures within the Center.
The new electronic platform provides a unified framework for managing internal recruitment processes, including job offers, grievance procedures, succession planning, and interactive dashboards for performance indicators that support decision-making and enhance governance.
The launch of the platform comes as part of Estidamah’s efforts to adopt digital solutions that enhance internal operations, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the quality of institutional services.
