His Excellency the Director General of the National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah), Dr. Khaled bin Marshoud Al-Rohaily, received a delegation from the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT). During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation between the two sides were discussed in the areas of research collaboration and scientific capacity building, contributing to the enhancement of innovation and the support of sustainable agricultural practices.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the Center’s capabilities and applied research programs, as well as the scientific solutions provided by Estidamah to support the development of sustainable agriculture technologies and improve production efficiency.
This visit comes as part of the Center’s efforts to strengthen international cooperation and expand research partnerships that support sustainable agricultural development pathways in the Kingdom.
