The National Center for Research and Development of Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Van der Hoeven Agricultural Company on the sidelines of its participation in the Saudi Agriculture Exhibition 2025, under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Abdulrahman Al Fadley, Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, and in the presence of Dr. Khalid bin Marshood Al-Rohily, Director General of Estidamah, and Mr. Lennard van Ham, General Manager of Van der Hoeven.
MoU is intended to promote cooperation in sustainable agriculture and high-tech greenhouses, while facilitating expertise exchange in developing modern agricultural solutions that enhance production efficiency and optimize the use of natural resources.
MoU also covers the implementation of applied research projects, organizing training programs to qualify national talents, as well as exchanging expertise, participating in agricultural events and exhibitions, and publishing joint research.
This MoU comes as part of Estidamah's efforts to strengthen its partnerships with leading global companies and adopt modern technologies, contributing to sustainable agricultural development and the enhancement of food security.
