His Excellency the Director General of the National Center for Sustainable Agriculture Research and Development, Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Sugair, received His Excellency the Vice President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, Dr. Abdullah Al-Khudairy, and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation in areas of common interest were discussed.
The importance of cooperation between the Sustainability Center and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in the field of developing technologies and exchanging expertise to enhance sustainable agriculture was reviewed. The Center also strives to achieve the goals of sustainable development in the Kingdom by enhancing cooperation with all leading centers and institutions. Both sides expressed their aspiration to achieve more cooperation and partnerships that benefit both parties.
The Center seeks to consolidate its position and leadership in the field of modern agricultural technologies, and to apply research that provides modern solutions and technologies for public and private agricultural institutions, and to reach practical solutions through research that can be applied in order to develop, improve and apply agricultural technologies in the Kingdom.
