Overview
The collaborative Training Program is designed to best align students’ specialized theoretical knowledge with the actual requirements in work sites through collaboration between Estidamah and academic institutions to have their students trained on applying their class-based specialized knowledge in actual work environments, in accordance with specific rules.

The training fosters the sustainable work values and principles in students through adopting Estidamah’s values, namely to make success and enthusiasm their “motivation” in work, “partnership” the tool to leave a positive impact and to focus on “innovation” to offer sustainable solutions and build robust relations with customers and to care more about “achievement” so as to provide the best sustainable services.
Program's objectives
- Allow students to gain more hands-on experience and deeper ad hoc understanding via training.
- Acquaint students with discipline and sincerity at work, as well as punctuality and compliance to adopted regulations.
- Enable students to interact with the future work environment and how to deal with individuals outside their academic milieu.

- Enable students to practically apply their knowledge in true work fields to further their professional, technical and behavioral preparation.
- Link the institution’s learning outcomes with the market requirements during students’ training to help boost their job opportunities after graduation.
